Is there a way to copy, or clone, my complete timemachine backup on my “My book world II” to a attached eternal HDD??? In case there is a fire in my house, it would be nice to have a extra backup elsewhere…

Yes, you should be able to copy the backup folder to the new disk.
According to apple support, the folder should be called Backups.backupdb folder.
So you just need to locate the folder in the My Book World II and copy that to the new disk. Make sure you check on time machine to see were the backup is being saved.
