My Book World Edition II - Cannot access files from Galaxy S3

I have a ‘My Book World Edition II’. I used to be able play my videos that are stored on my world book, on my GS3. Recently, for some reason, I have not bee able to. I tried installing WD 2go, it cannot connect to the drive either. Tried connecting manually, it asks for an activation code which I don’t seem to be able to get from the world book dashboard.

Any help will be appreciated.

WD2go is not compatible with the My Book World. Check if resetting the router and the my book world help.
