My Book will not power up. Turned on the computer and nothing. Called WD and they sent me a newpower supply plugged that in and unit is stiil dead. Now I have to replace it and all my back up is gone. The unit is less then four months old. Why shoild I trust the replacement unit they e going to send me for backing up when this one didn’t last but four onths. They gotta be kidding
Did you receive your replacement yet? Maybe something else occured with the other drive.
