My WD 2 tera book suddenly isn’t recognized by my computer. I tried the troubleshooting in the user guide, but it didn’t solve the problem. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Hi, have you tried using a different USB cable or connecting the My Book to another PC? You can also try using a different power supply. Check the link below for the steps to check if it is recognized on the disk management.
