My Book Pro doesn't switch on anymore

Hi,
I have a My Book Pro of 8TB since three months, garranty included.
Two partition of 4 TB.

I was coping some file from My Book Pro to my PC when I discovered that the device was turned off.

I try to switch on without any success, the device button doesn’t show any light and the PC (Windows 10) do not recognize the device.

The power cable is working, I can see the blue light.

Tell me I have not lose all my data…
What should I do? Have this product changed?

ho un My Book Pro da 8 TB da tre mesi, ovviamente in garanzia.
Partizionato in 2 dischi da 4 TB.

Stavo copiando dei dati del My Book al PC quando mi sono accorto che il dispositivo era spento.
Ho riprovato ad accenderlo ma niente da fare, il pulsante non è acceso ed il PC (con Windows 10) non lo vede più.

L’alimentatore funziona (luca blu accesa).

Ditemi che non ho perso tutti i dati…
Che cosa devo fare? Farmelo sostituire?
