HP Elite-book was bogged down in WIN 7. After attempting to clean the disk, etc. it would not start. Tried recovery with no luck. Finally upgraded from WIN 7 to WIN 10. Now, myBook is not recognized. Says it has "unallocated: space, basically full according to disk management.
The backups were created in WIN 7.
I really need to get mybook to work as all my backups of crucial data are on it.
Thoughts??
