Does My book live work on Lion? I have mine connected, but software does not recognise it 
And the led is changing between blue and yelow. What does it mean?
It means you have a problem, until the LED turns GREEN then it won’t be seen at all since BLUE means it’s sleeping/hibernating and YELLOW means it’s booting, so if it moves from Blue to Yellow then it’s stuck on booting. Change the power (Connect it to a different outlet) and if that doesn’t work then just take it back to the store since it’s a physical problem.

How do you actually have it connected? to a router, or to your computer?
I have tried both. Nothing helps.
you’re still not saying how you have it connected.
As I wrote, I have tried both connections.
At beginning I connected it to a Switch and when nothing happened I tried directly to computer. At the moment it iz connected to a switch.
Then try connecting it directly to the router, not the switch.
