I had previously taken my book live disk out of its box and used it as SATA and reset it to be able to use it. Now that I have switched to a laptop, I wanted to connect it to the router and use it, but when I connected it, the yellow light from the warning signs came on.
When I asked the live support on the site, they said it was because I reset it and then ended the conversation by saying that working hours were over. How can I solve this problem?
