My Book Live - The user has not been authenticated

I have been using My Book Live for some years. It is working fine, I can access from iPad etc. However when I try to access from my computer using My Book Live Public Share I have started to get a pop-up “The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not been authenticated.” Consequently I cannot get into the database to store any more photos. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Did you access the My Book Live from extra user account on computer or from your Administrative account on computer?
This error message may be prompt if you access the My Book Live from user another user account available in your computer. You should try to access My Book Live from administrative account of computer.

I have only one user on my PC.

You can access your My Book Live data from MyCloud.com, here you can access your Public Share and data stored in the device.
