My Book Live-Network Drive Password Error

I recently set up my hard drive and it works fine on the same network, but when I tried to use the remote access on “wd2go.com” I was able to sign in, and the next screen says “Welcome Josh” and asks me to put in a network drive password.  During the setup I never set one up or was told to set one up so I have no idea what it would be or where to go to make one.  Please help.
