I just had to replace the hard drive in my iMac and want to do a recovery from my My Book Live Drives… When I try to access my WD My Book Live drives from either My Cloud or Time Machine it says they are both offline. Both drives have steady green lights. Both are also apparently still connected to my network, because when I restarted them I received the email notifying me of the restart. Also where can I get the dashboard for the drives ?
