I’m not sure what happened, it was working as it should be, but now it’s not showing up on my network. I’ve unplugged the power cord, that didn’t work. I’ve unplugged the network cable, that didn’t work either. I’ve opened up my computer, it isn’t showing up there. I’ve uninstalled the software, that didn’t work. The light on the front of the drive is amber, I know it should be green when all is good. I’ve hit the reset button on the back, that didn’t work. If anyone has any imput on the please get back to me. Thanks. Oh, and I’m running windows 8 64
good troubleshooting steps, next, read the manual to find out what Amber means adn its status.
