Hello,
I’ve bought a My Book Live a long time ago and I’ve used it with much happiness.
Until it got automatically updated and it stopped working.
I’ve left it for some time, but since I have been moved, I’d liked to reuse the My Book Live.
So I’ve plugged in all cables and started it and I can reach te UI, but after that it’s constantly redirecting (refreshing the page) so I can’t access any menu item or other parts of the UI.

What to do? I can’t access it by SSH (not yet enabled / not enabled anymore) and I can’t get to the factory reset page either. It’s out of warranty, so I can’t get back to the store where I’ve bought it.
The only way trigger a factory reset from outside the UI. But how to do that?
