Odd issue,

I’m not sure if its a virus or what but for some odd reason in the swstor folder on the drive where backed up files are found my folders are not showing the backed up files, I futher found out that the files are hidden and I have to go into the folder options and under show hidden files. Is this normal? and if not what could be the issue?

How did you transfer the files to the drive? Manually or did you use the SmartWare software?

I did use wdsmartware and when looking into the back up folder the STOR folder this is where files are hidden inside the "pictures, movies etc… " Folders that contain my backed up files.
