TLDR ; 2 drives crashed in 2 months, lost 4 years of my life, upset and wont buy them again. First it was a usb port that came off the board, second it was the chirp of death. I’m not paying 1,000$ for a $100 hard drive to be saved. I just cant trust your company again. Thanks…
You should be able to still replace the drives with an RMA.
