My Book Essential not recognized HELP

Its the second My Book Essential that is no longer recognized… I have a MAC and I am completely lost…

I don’t know what to do.

Please help me…

What have you tried so far? Did you check your Mac’s Disk Utility? Did you change the USB cable? Did you try other computers?

Hello I have already tried disk utilities and I am afraid the particioned disappeared… it is the second WD my book essentials to do the same thing…

What next?

I want to jump off hte window…

I use a Mac, and I use the drive properly and a normal ammount of use it had less than 1.5 TB used out of the 3
