Hi …
I have My Book Essential 3 TB and I face here weird problem !!
I try to copy files from " My Book " to another Hard Disk and when copy Process running " My book " USB disconnect from PC so when that happen I must take off power and USB and re plugged it to connect My book again
Here some things I tried :

change USB cable / Power …

Connect power direct from wall …

Update WD Software …
The best result so far with this one :
I connect " My book " to another PC … it’s work and copy files ( just disconnect once ) but it’s still running ((Slowly)) …
What I should do to fix this problem !!
* I’m so worry about my files and since I has problem with coping files is there anyway to save my whole files ( without take it to somewhere else ) ?
