My Book Duo - Won't sleep

Hello, I have problem with my My Book Duo 12TB. After reinstalling Windows (version 10 Pro x64), drive won’t sleep. My another My Book 3TB normally going to sleep after selecting time but Duo won’t. In Windows Resource monitor is no activity. What I noticed after installing SmartWare automatically be in the Pro version and I installed SmartWare, SES drive, Drive Utilities and Security Utilities. Firmware is up to date.

Yes and in another computer sleep mode operating normally.
