Does anyone know if I can get WD Black (Enterprise) to work on a My Book Duo? Why are these not recognized? Is there a way to get the duo to see them? Thanks in advance everyone.
Hi, as far as I am aware the My Book Duos is only designed to work with the kind of drives that come inside. However you should email support and see if they can provide any information.
