I’m unable to configure My Book Duo for Raid 1 with MacBook Pro and Catalina. After two months of useless attempts Western Digital refuses to fix the problem. WD doesn’t answer to this question:
Does My Book Duo work with Catalina and RAID 1? If yes I would like to know where I can send the the device at my expense for configuration RAID 1.
If the answer is not that I would my money back.
