I dont use this drive… i add stuff to this raid system to archive stuff then i unplug it and it sits quietly on the shelf.
I use the discovery program… the other wd hd work just fine, but when i click on this icon and the contents are displayed , it crashes or locks up…
I ran all three levels of diagnostics and there is nothing wrong with it, i have 140gb space left on the 1tb computer drive.
Any ideas…
I have had nothing but undependable service from this product and dont use it much, it cost a lot of money.
