Installed ok. Everything updated. On windows 10. Then disappeared. Rebooted, was there for a moment, then gone. Read some fixes but they look like they are in greek to me. Does anyone have a fix that is doable for someone who isn’t a computer whiz?
Did you try fully disconnecting the hard drive from the USB cable and power outlet? Did you replace the USB cable? Does it work in another computer?
Is your hard drive password-protected?
I did all of those things, and no, it’s not password protected.
The first time I plugged it in, it worked fine then it disappeared and hasn’t been back since.
Mine is doing the same thing! So frustrating. Sometimes I can remove the power supply cord and then it will show up but not every time!
