Ok so This Hard drive is new. I’ve only used it 6 or 7 times. I hook it up to my pc it shows up in my menu bar at the bottom right saying that the USB is connected and then… Nothing wont open for nothing my PC doesn’t even recognize it. I have to go to the control panel where my hardware is installed just to see my My Book icon with a yellow triangle and when I try to open it it just say I have to run the Solve Problems option and when I do more nada… Sometimes it says I have to install the My Book content, others it says that the hard drive doesn’t need it… I have my theses in there… And I don’t have time to do it again… HELP ME!
