My account is locked

I have a new easy store Desktop backup 8TB. I’ve installed the software and created an account. I use the automated password generator on my Mac, and when I try to log in, it says I’m using an incorrect password and now my account is locked. How can I get around this?? I’ve waited 30 minutes and the account is still locked.
