My account has been set up as a WD Reseller while i was filling a rma form on-line

hi !

during the online procedure where we fill information about rma and product, just after the screen with phone number and last name, i got this message :

“Your account has been set up as a WD Reseller”

But i am an end user final customer ! not a saler at all.

so, i can go further to continue my rma

what should i do ?
