Hello everyone, as of approx beginning of December 2021 the automatic back-up feature in the MyCloud app on my Iphone started with creating multiple copies of already backed-up photos on my MyCloud storage (MyCloud Ex2 Ultra) - some photos have already been saved 13 times. Is there any way to prevent for this issue?
