I use the mt-daapd server integrated into the western digital live very regularly but have issues with reliability.

Even when the WDTVLIVE is available the mt-daapd service is sometimes not available via my daap iphone app??

It is also not available over a browser i.e. 192.168.1.x:3689.

Can anyone shed light on why this is so flaky or what i can do to sort this. Im up to date on the latest firmware too.

Reverted the firmware back and Roberts your aunty, it started working! Another thing that the latest firmware has broken…
