MPWP Import file time problem

same SD card plug in MPWP and MBP that show different time.

I use the My Passport Wireless Pro today to work, and I use the SD card slot and USB card reader to auto import the files. After that I check all the files create time is different from the SD card original, all the create time go ahead from original around 8 hrs.

I check the dashboard time is the same as local time, but only the import file is wrong, how to fix it ?
