MPEG player

Hello, I have upgraded my WDMyCloudMirror to OS5. If I now use my mobile app, I cannot read the MPEG files anymore on My NAS. How can this be solved? Tx., Mike

The files did always work perfectly, but after the conversion to OS5 I cannot open them anymore.

So I can see them on my mobile app, but cannot open them.

The message is that this type of file is not supported.

How can this be solved?

I would try to see if the same file plays via another mobile app such as VLC to make sure its not a connection or file issue. Typically I used Plex to play media files and it also has remote access capability.

If you may want to contact the WD Support directly to see if they can take a look at the file.

I can play the files if use my PC, that is not the problem, but only not with my mobile app.

I use an apple ihone X.
