Movies stopped playing through Plex

I was using Plex to access my movies. Seemed fine until I added another external drive to the PC and now the WD TV player seems to be unable to play them. I can see the files but when I click play I just get the circle going round and round. Any ideas?

First, do you have a WDTV Live Hub? That’s what this forum is for.
