Made a thread in the wrong forum so I’m making another one here

What themes work with the movie sheets where the sheets are in the movie folder?

For an example I have a folder called

Action (folder)
----avatar (folder)
------avatar.mkv (movie)
------avatar.jpg (cover or thumbnail)
------avatar.mkv_sheet.jpg (movie sheet)
------avatar.xml

When I have these created I get a thumbnail but the movie sheet is being displayed as the thumbnail and nothing in the background

The only way to get the movie sheet to show up is cut and paste it in the theme root and change it from

Avatar.mkv_sheet.jpg To
Avatar.mkv

Is this not the right way or is it the correct way?

if you are having to put it in the theme root then you are using a linksheet theme and you want pretty much anything but the linksheet for what you are looking for.

however none will look the greatest when setting up as:

Action (folder)
----avatar (folder)
------avatar.mkv (movie)
------avatar.jpg (cover or thumbnail)
------avatar.mkv_sheet.jpg (movie sheet)
------avatar.xml

it will display better as:

Action (folder)

------folder.jpg (Action folder thumbnail)
------avatar.mkv (movie)
------avatar.mkv_sheet.jpg (movie sheet)
------avatar.xml

------batman.mkv (movie)
------batman.mkv_sheet.jpg (movie sheet)
------batman.xml

As far as I know for linksheet theme you dont need to generate any xml it will just slow down scrolling , all you have to have from thumbgen is main linksheet and extra sheet which will be your movie cover ,so just generate those and sheet file put into root theme folder rename it to your movie extension and you will be fine, extra sheet should stay in movie folder as cover.
