Movie Cover Art Squashed

Hi all,

New to this forum, so please excuse my ignorance if i’ve posted in the wrong section. I’ve recently purchased a few media player live boxes and have copied my movies to the integrated hard drive. I’d read somewhere that to have good album art, i had to call the image ‘folder.jpg’. I done this for most of the movies but when it shows up on the 55" screen, the artwork appears squashed to the left of the box, annoying as i’d found a site that has perfect front and back one piece art.

Looking quickly on this site i’ve seen other suggestions that the jpg should be called metathumb?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, i’d love to see the full box as art instead of a small blur.

Look foreard to your comment, thanks,

M

Can you take a screenshot this “squashed” artwork you’re talking about?

Next question is gonna be “How do I take a screenshot?”…

Here is how to setup your remote to do it:

Goto SETUP > OPERATION > REMOTE SETTINGS > SELECT A BUTTON (I used the numeral zero)

Press “OK” Button on your Remote

Scroll down the List to Find the Screenshot Option

Press “OK” Button on your Remote

You have now Assigned the Screenshot Function to a Button on Your Remote Control.

i’ll give it a go and respond soon as, many thanks
