Moved and MyCloud 4T won't show

I just moved across the country and moved my MyCloud 4TB with me. I’ve moved it once before with no problems. But now it won’t show up on the network when I connect it to my new router or directly to my computer. I’ve disconnected the power and reconnected and still not working. The light is blue on the MyCloud. I redownloaded the MyCloud setup and it can’t detect the harddrive either. Any help or solutions? Thanks

New router? The IP address will have changed. Whilst you ought to be able to address it by name, name resolution often fails.

Go to your router UI and find the new IP address. While you’re there, tell it to always use this address.
