Move photos from Files & Folders to Shared Family Folder

Before the update, I used to be able to move photos from Files & Folders to the shared family folder. But now I can’t move it there anymore. Pls advise how to do it?

I can’t upload in the Shared Family folder directly because using the iPhone ext is HEIC so I use google photos to upload the pictures to files & folders first then move it to shared family folder.

Pls advise urgently how to move pictures from
Files & folders in my own folder to the shared family folder.

I have similar issue with moving files to other folders. With current version I can only move file to other folder under the same parent folder (one folder up). I used to being able to move file to any folder. Can someone help so I can move files to any other folder?
