My 6TB G-Raid Studio is configured as a raid 0.
It works perfectly on my old MacBook Pro but I can’t get it to mount on my new MacBook Pro. The new computer simply won’t recognise it at all.
Any suggestions.
The G-RAID studio is a Thunderbolt only device. If you have a new MacBook Pro it only has Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports. What adapter are you using?
You need to use the Thunderbolt 3 to 2 adapter that apple makes and it should be recognized without issue.
