The backup will go no more than 7 levels of folders deep. They have more than 200,000 small data files. Even copies with MyCloud fail to make it threw all the levels. Also, I cannot tell which folders are incomplete. If MyCloud gave the folder size I would be able to find the missing files.
I have an EX4 with all the latested software revisions.
I am am and IT manager and recommended Wester Digital. It is making me look really bad. In self defense I do not want to have to make Wester Digital look bad to a dozen people.
