I am using a mybooklive with a mac through a router. Everything works fine, except the mobile access. On the mybooklive dashboard, settings/remote access, it says ‘conectivity staus failed’ and mobile access & webaccess is greyed out. All other network functions work fine.

Is there a port forwarding issue that needs to be set on my router??

It was told that WD2Go should negotiate open ports on your router if it is UPnP since you don’t have a manual option right now, what router do you have? And have you tried with another router or disabling firewall/internet security for testing? How about trying a manual IP configuration in case there is a problem with the DNS server?
