When will the My Cloud app be able to stream MKV files to an iphone or ipad?

I have been having this issue since day 1 with no detailed instructions. I’m trying to stream MKV file directly to my ipad and iphone through my cellular network, it doesn’t work, however when I connect my iphone or ipad to my local network it works fine with VLC…

How fast is your carrier connection? Test via speedtest.net.   Also how fast is your networks upload speed where the My Cloud is connected to? That determines your download speed when you are remote
