I searched and didn’t find a related thread, so:
I have two separate MKV files that are both playing back too quickly. It looks like they’re playing at about 1.2x speed. Just fast enough to be noticeable. Any ideas?
So, they’re otherwise playable? In other words, other than being “too fast,” there’s no other issues?
Does audio remain in sync with the video?
How was this video created?
Sounds like 50p played converted (accidentally) to 60p?

No other issues. The sync is good.
I’ll have to look at the 50p/60p issue. That could be it.
Please post the FULL TEXT OUTPUT of MediaInfo for one of these files.

It looks to me like Cocovanna has hit the nail on the head (60/50 = 1.2).
