Missing (mp3-)files: mapped drive vs ftp

Hi

I did my inital backups and things look quite fine. the only exception and problem I found:

when I login via ftp my folder with mp3-files looks fine. but when I use my favorite way of working (login via browser and map the drive)  only a few of the mp3-files are listed, as well in  windows-explorer as in the sync programs.

most of the mp3-files are lost (also, as I wrote, when connected via ftp, they are there)

Has anyone a hint, what the problem could be?

That’s not normal. By any chance, are those files protected?

Make sure that you are running the latest firware on the drive.
