I have an older My Passport Essential external drive. I am needing to pull some files off of it, however when I go and look I’m finding that many key files I need are not showing up with the Retrieve function. I’ve got an entire sub-directory for example that doesn’t exist on the external drive but should. I’m also not seeing any stored emailed but I know those were stored.
Is there something I’m not doing?
