Hi, need some help,
Bitlocker crashed during encrytion.
WD40 EZRX-00SPEBO (should be 4TB) only shows ~1,6TB in Explorer/DriveAdmin after Bitlocker crashed during encrytion.
There is no data on drive but do not make it to reset formware.
Tried WD FW updater but can only connet disc via USB (LAPTOP) and here drive is not found.
Some good ides?

Please trying testing the drive using Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for bad sectors and capacity failure issues:
Thanks, executed the test but all OK.
Think this is not the issue as also a limited capacity is deplayed here.
Attached a screenshot which shows the 4TB drive with 1.8 TB capacity, the “rest” is lost
