I have just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to start a new topic on these forums. I am using an iPad Pro / safari, latest OS. Eventually found that the control appears if you hold the pad in landscape mode, noting in portrait.
In the process of this I became extremely frustrated as I could not even find a way to ontact anyone at the forum for help in the issue.
