I have a 500 gb hard drive that I brought from you guys and it says I have used 382gb of storage yet when I highlight all of the data and right click and go to properties it says all the data adds up to 2.78 gb. So my question is, why is it saying I have used 382gb when I haven’t?

Please try this drive on a different computer just for testing purposes, if you still have the same issue then I recommend that you copy all your data to another location then format the drive.
