Minor Glitch with Upgrade

Hi,

I have just upgraded from SW 1.6.5 to SW 2.4.2A. Compared to upgrades a few years ago (hence 1.6.5) I have had no repeat no problems with this upgrade.

I have a minor glitch however. When I select the help tab the version number in the bottom left corner is shown as 2.3.5316. Now I know that I followed the upgrade procedure exactly and it did say 2.4.2A so I don’t know why the version number is shown as 2.3.5316.

Does anybody have an answer to this minor glitch?

Hi, have you tried uninstalling Smartware and then doing a clean installation of the latest version.

yes i have done a clean install of 2.4.2A. I say that it is a minor glitch because it was troublefree and , compared to 1.6.5 which I was using, this version is so much faster. 

I just wondered why it says version 2.3.5315 on the Help tab
