No matter what I do, the metadata for centain mp3 music files is never updated when using the Music icon at the bottom of the MyCloud app. I have all my music on its own share, copied from my iTunes music folder. All the metadata is included but for some reasons a few tracks won’t display correctly in the MyCloud app.
How can I get the app to rescan?

Make sure that the files have the correct name.
Also you can try reinstalling the app.
Well I have been editing the files directly on the Music share using mp3tag. I got a lot of the files to display correctly (mostly because the album art was set to Front Cover rather than Other in the metadata) but I still have some files/folders which just won’t display. And for whatever reason, when I view as genre, I still have an untilted listing with nothing it in.
This is crazy.
