my wd media player wont up date to new firmware. i’ve tried updating the firmware via a usb, but it doesn’t pick any thing up. i have also tried via internet but it just tells me there in no internet connections. my current firmware is 2.03.20

2.03.20 is the latest for the WD TV Live Streaming Media Player. What did you download that had a later version number?
