Hi I was wondering if anyone could shed some light as to why my ExUltra2 streaming is very choppy and random after upgrading to the OS5 firmware and app.
When streaming outside of the home listening to music for example in the gym, the WD cloud app would play a song for 2mins and then start it from the beginning over and over!
Any ideas why this is happening? My library has been fully scanned and all my media organied.
