MCM drive/data recovery

This morning My Cloud Mirror Gen2 had two solid red lights for the drives. I have tried to connect one of the drives to a Linux Mint computer, the drive shows up in disk information, and I can see alle 4 partitions, but I can not access the partitions. I can see all 4 partitions, but linux says for partition 2 “member of raid” and I can not mount the drive…Do I need to connect both drives to the computer, or how do I access the data on one of the drives ??? I made a reset on the MCM, without the drives in it, and I have now access to it again. But how do I recover the volumen ??? I have tried putting drive 1 in the MCM, and it says “No configured Volumens” - please help
