My MBWE Blue Rings shuts down when not in use. Why does this happen? The lights will flash when it does. If it’s overheating, why doesn’t it shut down when in use? How can I stop this?
I havent heard of it doing that before have you tryed calling WD tech support on that issue?
It shut down for good. HD still works, but the rest is dead. I think it’s a circuit board. I wish I could fix it.
Called tech support. They said it was dead! Lol!
I wish I could get parts for it or get the RAID version to put my drive into.
